Potential Sound Effects for My Opening Sequence

For my opening sequence, I am thinking of using a small number of key sound effects to help enhance the narrative and create emotion. One of the main sound effects is the car crash, which will be used at the end of the sequence. This is important as it introduces the main conflict of the film and creates a sudden contrast from the calm and romantic tone earlier on, making it more shocking and impactful for the audience.

I also may use a heart monitor/beeping hospital sound, which will help suggest what happens after the crash without showing it visually. This creates a sense of enigma, as the audience has to piece together what has happened, while also adding emotional impact and tension.
